Sports Practices Start Next Monday, August 24 - What You Need To Have Completed

Dear Parents/Guardians, and Athletes,

I hope this letter finds you well. It is that time of year again, to register and prepare for Fall Sports 2026 at York CSD. As the Athletic Director, I have been working hard with the help of many others to get everything ready for our athletes' return, and we can’t wait to have a great Fall sports season.

To help ensure that your athlete has the best possible Fall athletic experience, we ask that you complete the following two items before August 16th for varsity football players and August 23rd for all other athletes. 

  1. Please make sure that they are registered in the Arbiter sports registration system, this link can be used right here or visit the school athletic website. 

  2. Please make sure that your athlete has a valid physical from their doctor’s office on record with the school Health Office. 

 Listed below are the start dates, locations and times of practices 
for the start of the season.

Football

  • Varsity 8/24 in York 3-6 PM - HC Kurt Schneider

  • Modified 8/24 in York 8-10 AM - HC Jordan Button

Girls Soccer

  • Varsity 8/24 in York M-F 8-10:30 AM; 5:30-7:30pm and Sat 8-10:30am HC Vic VanVliet

  • Modified 8/24 in York 8-10 AM - HC Jessica Messana

Girls Volleyball 

  • Varsity 8/24 in York Tryouts: 8/24, 8/25, 8/26 - 5-8 PM  - HC Kaitlin Kolb 

  • JV 8/24 in York Tryouts: 8/24, 8/25, 8/26 - 5-8 PM - HC Lonni Carrol

  • Modified 8/24 in York 3:30-5:30 PM in the AUX gym - HC Stephanie Santiago

Boys Soccer

  • Varsity 8/24 in Pavilion M-F 8-10 in the pit - HC Jake Feltham

  • Modified 8/24 in Pavilion M-F 8-10 in the pit - HC Morgan Adams 

Cross Country 

  • Modified and Varsity 8/24 in Pavilion 9-10:30 at the high school - HC Kyle Banser

Boys Volleyball

  • JV and Varsity 8/24 8-10 at the high school gym - HC Rob Millligan
