Congratulations to Senior Parker Bonefede on achieving 1,000 career points in Boys Basketball at the January 16, 2026 game against Warsaw.

On Saturday, January 31, The Golden Knights played in the Michael Napoleone Memorial Basketball Tournament in Batavia.
Quote from Varsity Coach Joe Stella:
Our team was at our school at 7:45 a.m. (Saturday) morning for our Pre K - 2nd Grade Little Dribblers Program. Back at school at 4:45 p.m. for an hour and a half shoot around before getting on the bus to Batavia. Our game tipped at 8:20 p.m., and I thought we all played pretty well. Parker was an animal on both ends of the court, leading all scorers and guarding Batavia's stud forward Gavin White. We knew that they were tough inside and were also good at shooting three-pointers. We decided to take away their inside game and gamble on their 3-point shooters not hitting 13 threes, which they did, including five from Adrian Martinez, coming off the bench. That was really the difference in the game. Overall, I think the guys followed our scouting report very well. If we can continue to battle like we did tonight, we are going to do nothing but get better. Batavia is a tough matchup for us but we believe in playing the tougher teams to help prepare us for the sectional tournament. I'm so proud of the young men they are becoming. With their year-long bottle and can drive fundraising, our program donated $250 to the Michael Napoleone Memorial Foundation's ‘Hoops for Hope.’ Guys, after basically spending 16 hours together today, I couldn't be more proud of you!”
