Proposed Primary Playground

The New Playground Equipment is scheduled to be installed beginning Thursday, September 9th.

Thank You Bucci Family!

Joe and Elaine Bucci, both retired teachers from York Central, gave a generous donation in the amount of $50,000! The donation was acknowledged at the Spring Elementary Band Concert in June. This donation will ensure that our playground becomes a reality.

Playground Committee Members: Alison Guesno, Carrie Tiede, Rachel Joy, Stephanie Rudgers, Megan Logsdon, Gretchen Crane, Diane Blythe, Beth Gall, Brandy Lundfelt, and Cathy Rath.

Ongoing fundraisers:

Brick sales: We are selling personalized bricks that will be used to create a patio area beside the playground. Bricks can be purchased at anytime. Please contact Rachel Joy, rejoy@yorkcsd.org or 243-3400 if you would like more information. Order forms can be picked up at various school offices and in the Elementary school foyer. You can also click on the link below to order a brick online.

We still have playground t-shirts and York Golden Knight car magnets available. If you would like to purchase either, please contact Carrie Tiede at catiede@yorkcsd.org or 243-3400. You can also print out order forms (see below) and send it to the Elementary Office, attention Carrie Tiede.
